ZEW Mannheim is pleased to announce that the annual ZEW Public Finance Conference will take place in Mannheim on 5 and 6 May 2022. This year’s edition focusses on the role of the state in promoting innovation.
The ZEW – Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research is pleased to announce the call for papers for the 2022 ZEW Public Finance Conference. The conference will take place on 5 and 6 May 2022. We plan to meet in person in Mannheim, Germany.
The annual conference aims to cover all fields of public economics. This year’s keynote lectures will be given by John Van Reenen and Danielle Li both from MIT and will focus on the role of the state in promoting innovation.
Both empirical and theoretical papers are welcome, including completed papers and papers in progress. We particularly encourage the submission of papers related to the focus topic. Please submit your paper via the conference management website no later than 18 February 2022. No conference fee will be charged for participants presenting a paper.
