The IAAEU and the Chair of Personnel Economics at Trier University are pleased to announce a virtual one-day Workshop on Gender Inequality in Labour Markets.
The workshop aims to facilitate networking between scientists and to promote the exchange of research ideas at the interface of Gender Economics and Labour Economics. Both theoretical and empirically oriented contributions are highly welcome. Topics of interest include but are not restricted to:
- Gender norms, institutions and labour market outcomes
- Family formation and dynamics
- Female labour force participation
- Women's economic, social, and political empowerment
We particularly encourage PhD students to submit their research.
Please submit electronic versions of extended abstracts or full papers no later than October 8, 2021, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Notifications about acceptance for presentation will be sent by October 15, 2021. Full versions of accepted papers should be provided four weeks before the workshop.
The workshop will take place online via Zoom software. Further information will be available on our website.
