The IAAEU and the Chair of Personnel Economics at Trier University are pleased to announce the Workshop on Performance Pay and Employee Outcomes, taking place December 1 & 2, 2022.
We invite submissions that assess the impact of performance pay on employee, firm and labour market outcomes. We specifically welcome submissions that examine the influence of performance pay on worker productivity, well-being, health, and other related factors. Both theoretically- and empirically-oriented contributions are welcome and we particularly encourage PhD students to submit their research. We plan to hold the workshop on-site at a venue suitable for an inperson event on December 1 (arrival day) and December 2 (departure day), but will convert the event to a virtual meeting on December 2 if needed.
Please submit electronic versions of extended abstracts or preferably full papers in PDF format no later than October 9, 2022 to email@example.com.
Notifications of acceptance for presentation will be sent by October 31, 2022. Full versions of accepted papers should be made available two weeks before the workshop. We will provide the authors of accepted papers with details of accommodation and other relevant information about the conference venue in early November.
