The Institute for Labour Law and Industrial Relations in the European Union (IAAEU) will be holding a workshop on Incentives in Imperfect Markets on November 8 – 9, 2019 in Trier (Germany).
The purpose of this workshop is to present and promote current theoretical and empirical research related to the theory of incentives in markets which are not perfectly competitive. We are particularly interested in works examining the role of information asymmetry between employers and employees in oligopolistic markets, but all papers studying incentives in imperfect markets will be eligible for consideration.
We aim to host a small number of presenters for relatively long talks, allowing for opportunities to receive comments, discuss new projects and establish new collaborations.
If you are interested in presenting a paper, please email a complete paper to email@example.com.
A participation fee of 90 Euro will cover coffee breaks, lunches, and the conference dinner.
Please send your contribution as a PDF including information on your affiliation, address, phone number and email by August 31, 2019. Authors will be notified no later than September 25, 2019 as to whether their contribution has been selected for presentation.
On behalf of the organizers Laszlo Goerke, Marco de Pinto, Alberto Palermo, and Gabriel Schultze, we would like to invite you to come to Trier and attend the workshop. Please, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Further information will be provided online at workshop2019.iaaeu.de.
