The IAAEU and the Chair of Personnel Economics at Trier University are pleased to announce a virtual one-day Workshop on Media Economics.
Media has the potential to transform the behaviour and economic decision-making of individuals and companies in a variety of ways. This is especially true in the digital age with the increasing availability of new technologies and the omnipresence of media on numerous mobile devices. The workshop, therefore, aims to facilitate networking between scientists and to promote the exchange of research ideas dealing with the consequences of repeated media exposure. Both theoretical and empirically oriented contributions are highly welcome. A particular emphasis is given to research topics focusing on the interface between Media and Labour Economics. Nonetheless, submissions are not restricted to this topic. We particularly encourage PhD students to submit their research.
Please submit electronic versions of extended abstracts or full papers no later than November 15, 2020, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Notifications about acceptance for presentation will be sent by November 30, 2020. Full versions of accepted papers should be provided four weeks before the workshop starts.
The workshop will take place online via Zoom software.
