12th BLESS Experimental Economics Summer School in Macroeconomics

We invite applications for the 12th BLEESS Experimental Economics Summer School in Macroeconomics, which will be held at the University of Ottawa, Ottawa, Canada, from June 24-30, 2019.

This intensive week-long summer school will expose advanced economics students (masters or PhD-level) and young researchers to experimental economic methods as applied to the study of questions in macroeconomics and finance. The aim of this school is to extend the reach of experimental methods to macroeconomics and finance, where they have seen comparatively less use than in other fields of economics.  Students and junior researchers with interests in macroeconomics, finance and experimental methods are invited to apply to participate in the summer school.

Details about the summer school and the application process are available on our website:

Summer school students are invited and expected to attend the 2-day 10th BESLab International Workshop on Theoretical and Experimental Macroeconomics from June 25-26, 2019 (https://www.upf.edu/web/beslab/conference-program-2019), which will take place at the Bank of Canada, Ottawa, Canada.

The deadline for applications to the summer school is: Monday April 1, 2019.
