The IPN is one of the two largest public educational institutions in Mexico.
The School of Economics conducts research in various fields of economics and
attracts the largest number of students in economics in the country, offering
undergraduate and postgraduate courses, as well as doctoral programs. The
conference aims at providing a forum, open to both researchers and
policymakers, to discuss and debate innovative theoretical and empirical
research on growth, trade and development.
