With a focus on developing skillsets related to the biomedical sciences, the Certificate Program in Molecular Diagnostics trains students in this newly-emerging and rapidly-evolving field of Laboratory Medicine.

Like a departmental minor, certificate programs offer a specific academic focus but differ by being interdisciplinary, so students can combine related courses in different disciplines to explore a common theme.
