Governance Research and Development Centre (CIRU) in Croatia is an
internationally active institution that establishes professional
partnerships with corporate governance stakeholders in South East Europe. It
was founded in 2012 in order to improve and exchange information related to
the corporate developments in South East Europe. The institution conducts and
supports professional research on corporate governence as well as promoting
joint projects and research papers and giving trainings on the subject.Â
