The IBER Conference provides a forum for faculty and administrators to
present and/or attend presentations on any business, economics, or
business-related topic. Many of the business presentations pertain to
education issues in a school of business and, therefore, are applicable to
other academic areas. In most cases, a Best Paper Award is issued for the
best paper in each session. Papers winning the Best Paper Award will be
automatically reviewed for possible publication in one of our academic
journals. Papers not winning an award and non-conference related papers may
be submitted by any author for journal review. The IBER Conference is held
at the same time and place as the International College Teaching & Learning
Conference. Registering for one conference covers admission to both
conferences. Most of the teaching conference papers are of interest to
