The Graduate School for Public Policy of Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus
State of México, and the Adenauer Foundation, call for submission of
proposals for an international seminar aimed at analyzing how different
policies can have a better impact on welfare and on governance, as well as
increasing citizen participation through different mechanisms. Keynote
speaker will be Prof Merilee Grindle (Harvard) and Rodolfo de la Torre (UNDP
CIDE).
