Account Director - Hard FM - Leading Facilities Management Company - London Portfolio My client is a leading facilities management business, which is seeking an Account Director to join a recently established business unit based from their Central London office. As an Account Director, you will be supported by a number of Account Managers and report directly into the Business Unit Leader to deliver the overall operational performance of the portfolio. The portfolio consists of 20 sites within London's Zone 1 & 2. These are a mixture between managing agent and client direct contracts within a corporate environment. You will be expected to work from the London Liverpool Street offices and attend sites through out the working week, whilst developing the overall operations of the portfolio. This role offers a great opportunity to join a fast growing facilities management business with scope to develop the portfolio and grow with the business. Job Specification: * Experience of managing a portfolio of hard services teams for multiple properties in excess of £2,000,000 in value. * Comprehensive up-to-date knowledge of all legislation, standards, and best practice across the contract such as SFG20. * Report on business and sub-contractor performance through KPI reports and PMS. * Be financially accountable, including the preparation, monitoring and management of the budget in line with agreed operational and financial objectives. * Proven experience of successfully working in a similar role within an FM environment as an Account Manager or Director. * Proven track record of providing proportionate and practicable solutions to the organisation. * Good interpersonal, verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.
