JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The department is responsible for the processing and mailing of all company invoices, the application of payments to those invoices, credit and collections, trade spend application, and sales administration. This position’s duties would include the trade spend application. 

JOB DUTIES: 
• Verifying trade spend invoices against approved plans 
• Applying trade spend invoices to the appropriate plans 
• Working with the Trade Spend Management team on discrepancies 
• Filing disputes with customers 
• Assist with handling EDI errors 
• Other duties that the Director or Assistant Manager of AR may request 
• Other duties as assigned 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Ability to communicate effectively in English 
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Ability to handle confidential information 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks 
• Must be proficient at data entry 
• Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office products 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
• High School Diploma or GED; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 
• Valid California Driver License and clean driving record 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• BA Degree in Accounting or related field

• Minimum two to three years previous experience in accounting environment 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds 
• Must be able to sit for an extended period of time during work period 

HOURS & WORKDAYS: 
1st shift (7am – 4pm) Monday through Friday, when business requires overtime and weekends will
