Analista de Atendimento ao Paciente (Patient Services Rep)

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Less than 2 years of prior relevant experience,  with preference in the healthcare field in medical device, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, clinics, healthcare consulting or health insurance.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and phone skills.
  • Experience working in a call center, administrative, or patient services roll.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and focus.
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Demonstrable experience working with a database or contact management system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook,
  • Database experience and Facebook knowledge
  • Ability to:
  • Anticipate and meet deadlines
  • Retain confidential information
  • Must be customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a team orientated environment
  • Previous experience working in a high paced, goal driven, and results or sales orientated environment
  • Ability to achieve acceptable outcomes and complete tasks accurately and on schedule
