The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will work with various departments to understand business challenges, translate business requirements into technical specifications, facilitate process improvements, and manage system support. The BSA will facilitate a partnership between the business and IT to deliver solutions and advice using technical tools and best practices methodology.
Provides all system support and maintenance as the TrackWise System Administrator; implements and documents approved updates to the system.
Provides TrackWise system support to internal customers to diagnose and correct system or account issues.
Manage TrackWise system database consultants for implementation of system configuration changes and data updates.
Creates and maintains user accounts in TrackWise through the LDAP Server and manually. Ensures no duplication of user accounts exists. Updates and deactivates login accounts to ensure effective utilization of TrackWise licensing.
Reviews, approves and executes necessary validation for TrackWise system changes.
Assist business in developing or revising necessary user requirements.
Represents Endologix to resolve on-going issues with Sparta tech support.
Train users and develop training material for TrackWise.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 4 years working as a BSA or similar position. Experience in Finance or business Operations with IT project experience will also be considered.
Experience with medical device or life sciences industry a plus
