The Associate Director, Brand Analytics & Forecasting will be a key member of the AAA US Oncology Business Analytics team. In partnership with NET and PSMA brand marketing & sales team, market access, finance, medical and other key stakeholders, you will provide meaningful data reporting and market insights that enable effective, data driven decision-making. Your responsibility includes but are not limited to: • Support Business Analytics team in the development and implementation of new analytical methods to enhance brand analytics support• Translate the business needs into actionable analytic-focused initiatives and provide solutions• Set brand performance expectations by setting up KPI metrics and dashboards• Monitor Brand performance to understand market dynamics and deliver strategic, insights-driven recommendations that correspond to Brand opportunities/challenges• Generate demand-based and/or patient-driven brand forecasts• Drive cross-functional efforts to improve process efficiency and effectivenessAt Advanced Accelerator Applications we believe the answers are found when highly agile and collaborative people like you are brought together in an inspiring environment. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; An advanced degree in science and/or business preferred (e.g., MBA, MS, PhD)• A minimum of 4 years of progressive US Brand Analytics and Forecasting experience is required• Previous Specialty Pharmaceutical industry experience required; oncology experience is strongly desirable• Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical Databases specifically 2+ experience working with APLD Claims Data from vendors such as IQVIA or Symphony• Demonstrates excellent analytical, leadership, planning, communications and organization skills Desired Skills: • Strong consultative skills, as well as analytical & strategic thinking• Strong project management skills, the ability to bridge marketing and science, to manage a heavy workload and operate in a matrix environment• Prior experience with Nuclear Medicines• New Products Launch experience highly preferred• Computing and programming experience (e.g. with SAS, Excel, VBA, Alteryx) • Experience working with Data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g. Qlik or Tableau)
