The Associate Human Resources Analyst is responsible for the capture, analysis, and reporting of HR data trends, as well as administrative support within the Human Resources department.
This position will have no direct reports.
Initiate requisition requests with hiring managers and follow to close.
Work with regional HR leads and controlling functions to collect necessary data to ensure a seamless HR requisition workflow
Facilitate the HR requisition approval meeting with the global management team
Provide weekly tracking of the progress of the status of open positions
Generate personnel action forms and follow up with approvers to ensure timely completion of personnel action forms.
Prepare and distribute new hire packages as needed.
Process employment eligibility using eVerify and follow up to close.
Maintain Personnel records.
Assist employees and managers with Time & Attendance system and ensure timely approvals by managers.
Interpret HR policies as needed.
Conduct new hire orientation and continue to enhance program
Provides HR support as required and directed by Senior HR team.
Additional duties as assigned.
Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
A minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience.
Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics and interact with all levels of management and associates, including HR colleagues, Sr. Executives and Business leaders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage variety of workload and apply problem solving skills
Willingness to travel 5 %
Willingness to work in an office.
