KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Initiate new business development for branded gasoline and diesel sales. Build relationships with customers and industry participants to understand market place fundamentals and grow branded business. Collect and analyze market intelligence to provide input for optimizing the branded portfolio. Collaborate closely with regional refining and commercial teams to achieve sales targets, provide accurate forecasts, and drive profitability across the region. Facilitate negotiations, economic analysis, and contract offerings for branded contracts. Collaborate with support teams in developing and deploying brand strategies and brand programs. Lead execution of the brand in the assigned areas by being an expert in all elements of the branded programs and strategy. Manage customer communications involving all aspects of brand support. Contribute in research and resolution of customer concerns and complaints. Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or other industry related discipline required. Five years direct sales operations or an equivalent combination of work related experience. Emphasis on management of wholesale marketing accounts preferred.
