2020 is an exciting year for Novartis as we accelerate our growth and transformative journey in the digital space.As part of the Strategic Capabilities and Business Operations, this role will focus on working on the Omni-Channel Engagement team, you will be in charge of the Digital and Data Excellence and be empowered to determine success measures, metrics, KPIs, and evaluate our performance across multiple digital channels. He/she will own digital campaign measurement plans, reporting, and multi-channel optimization recommendations for a portfolio of Brands, own digital governance and SOP & GOPs. and digital channels. As part of the OCE Digital Team, he/she will make recommendations and improve the effectiveness of digital media with the overall objectives of achieving a positive impact. Working with multiple stakeholders, he/she will ensure that we are measuring and analyzing our engagement with our customers/stakeholders via multi channels with the optimal content pieces. He/she will report to Omni Channel Engagement (OCE) and Digital Media Strategy Lead.Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:• Act as the primary Digital Excellence Analytics & Reporting contact in the Multi-Channel Marketing organization.• Manage, Create and translate digital, cross-channel analytics and metrics into insights to drive brand strategies and improve customers ( patients to HCP) experiences.• Leverage quantitative analyses to develop and optimize the customer journey and experience across channels.• Define and enforce adoption of key performance indicators and success metrics to inform, measure and optimize channels marketing strategy and execution.• Support the development of a centralized paid search strategy for Corporate, diseases area and brand as well as drive the adoption of new ad formats. • Partner closely with key stakeholders (e.g., Brand teams, Analytics & Insights, etc) across the organization to inform and educate on measurement strategy, KPIs, performance, and optimizations.
What you’ll bring to the role:• University undergraduate degree in Science or Business (MBA an asset) with a minimum of 3 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in data-driven marketing, CRM, in management consulting, commercial analytics, operations or related areas within the pharmaceutical industry required; generics experience preferred.• Fluent English with professional proficiency in French is highly recommended.• Ability to leverage large data sets containing commercial, finance, and manufacturing information required.• Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics with hands-on experience preferred with tools such as: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Social listening platforms etc.• Strong Analytical skill and data driven thinking with solid knowledge on websites analytics tools • Knowledge of programming and databases and ability to scale quantitative models into information technology solutions.• Streamline, standardize, and automate business processes.• Experience working in a commercial pharmaceutical or innovative Healthcare-related organization as well as industry knowledge with the ability to quickly learn the disease state.• Test-and-learn mindset with passion for technology, digital technology, especially digital health and digital marketing.You’ll receive:Competitive salary, annual bonus, pension scheme, health insurance, flexible working arrangements, subsidized dining facilities, employee recognition scheme.
