**ER (Employee Relations):Providing progressive employee relations and labour management to the company. This position cultivates fair, transparent and productive partnership among the company, employees and the labour union while offering diversified variety of labour management strategies and solutions.1. Lead fair, productive and transparent union and employee partnerships ensuring full compliance with employment laws.2. Develop labour management strategy for collective bargaining agreements negotiation, wage negotiation aligned with overall business strategies.3. Analyse trend and best practices in labour management and introduce/develop optimal solutions for the company4. Support management to prepare negotiation by analysing current collective bargaining agreements, rules of employment and raised issues and by developing proper solutions or rationales5. Arrange grievance committee or disciplinary committee, handling labour related legal issues and provide interpretation of related employment legislation.6. Coordinate and execute company-wide events.7. Play role of ER Champion to support X-divisional ER activities on country level, handle BPO investigation and participate in global ER network through regular call.*P&O BP (Business Partner):To partner with the respective line client in the development of business unit or business unit or function's business plan and ensure the translation and implementation of that plan into an HR strategy; be responsible for working with HR Specialists and Shared Services to ensure overall HR delivery and coaching to the respective client.1. Strategy & Planning - Work closely with the Business Unit Head in the development and implementation of the business plan, highlighting potential HR-related business opportunities or weaknesses/ Strategic and tactical workforce planning / Set expectations with Business unit Head on what services HR will provide and what services the Line will own /Proactively apply organizational diagnostic expertise to analyze and identify potential design improvements, providing change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts -Assist line to develop strategy, processes and standards for all associates, recruiting, selection, and staffing activities in close cooperation with the Staffing function /Ensure rewards packages are crafted to attract and retain key talent necessary to achieve the Business goals, in close cooperation with the C&B function. /Participate in, or lead, HR Projects/ Ensure execution and adherence to NVS HR principles, practices and policies.2. People & Organization: Coach business unit's leadership team on key HR processes, e.g. performance management, OTR, succession planning and talent management for predefined population in close cooperation with the TMOD function/ Coach business unit’s leadership team and support them in their coaching and mentoring activities in their teams /Co-work with TMOD and CE to assess training and learning priorities and support the training and learning programs-Drive cultural change and foster diversity and inclusion within the business unit
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Korean1. At least 10 years experience in HR field at least 3 years in ER and 5 years in HRBP2. Experience in Comp & Benefits management & administration3. People development5. Leading change7. Staffing9. Problem solving / Business analysis.
