The Finance organization is looking for an individual who is willing to learn and help the organization implement or start long-term improvements. The role requires someone with business curiosity and willingness to learn from his/her mistakes. In return, Marvell hopes to broaden the intern’s experience and skills by providing exposure to corporate finance and real-life challenges.
Possible projects include:
New product development analysis, including ROI analysis.
Operating expense analysis, including developing and improving existing financial planning and forecasting processes.
Capital expenditure analysis, including make/lease-or-buy decisions.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and assistance on other special projects.
Graduate or undergraduate student studying Business, Finance, or Accounting.
Ability to handle ambiguity, willingness to learn, and learn from mistakes.
High attention to detail and ability to deliver results.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project, is a plus.
