Introduction Saint Meinrad Archabbey's new CareNotes department is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/Fulfillment Specialist. This position involves providing product/services information, as well as processing phone, mail, web and fax orders. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Maintain customer service consistent with the values of Saint Meinrad with regard to handling CareNote sales, meeting customers, answering product and service questions, and mailing information as requested. Keep and maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow up with customers. Develop expertise in sales, warehousing, shipping, and delivery procedures. Perform other duties as requested by the Director or, in the absence of the Director, Assistant to the Director. Experience & Qualifications Clear understanding of, and a strong commitment to, the mission and ministry of CareNotes. Represent the values of Saint Meinrad Archabbey. Must be able to work independently in what can be a fast-paced environment; not afraid to make a decision. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Ability to take direction/instruction. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Person-to-person sales experience helpful. Special attention to detail and serious commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Ability to interact with a diverse group of people, both internal and external. Be able to work in the public eye. Requires keyboarding skills. Ability to learn to use Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and database entry. Accurately pick, confirm, pack, and ship orders.
