The Leadership Development, Principal is responsible for the emerging and in-role senior leadership learning and development portfolio, including end to end design, development and evaluation. Using a highly innovative, creative and digital first approach, this role is responsible for designing blended solutions relevant to key business priorities.
The position is primarily responsible for, but not limited to, the following items:
Defining strategy and designing blended programs in order to accelerate development, readiness and transition of senior leaders
Proactive consultation and partnership with OD, HRBPs, HR Centers of Excellence, and relevant client stakeholders (including senior leaders) to design, deliver and evaluate programs against the most critical business needs
Thought leadership in the area of leadership and executive development to create high impact offerings and to influence and shape solutions at a global level
