We invite applications for a research associate in the project "CLICCS β B5: Coping with Climate-Related Uncertainties and Variabilities" (https://www.cliccs.uni-hamburg.de/en/research/theme-b/b5.html). The project is specifically focused on behavioral and experimental investigations into how decisions under uncertainty and variability are made at individual and group levels. The aim is to contribute to a better understanding of consistent decision criteria that incorporate behavioral realities.
Specific tasks will be:
- Independently designing and conducting theoretical and experimental/empirical research on individual and collective choices of decision criteria under uncertainty, with a particular focus on the role of variabilities in climate and social systems.
- Connecting and integrating the research with research carried out in other work packages of B5 and connecting with other projects (especially A6 and B).
- Publication of research results in relevant international journals.
