Manager of Sales Operations

Essential Functions:

Implement and manage scalable sales processes, sales reporting and recommend resources and models to facilitate the company’s growth goals

Manage the company’s CRM system– direct configurations, territory assignments and workflows and ensure data accuracy and completeness, as well as train new employees on use.

Ensure alignment of internal systems to support customer-facing information with sales process and internal controls and communicate across the organization the needs of Sales team

Develop and maintain necessary Field Sales Management reporting needed on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis, in order for sales leadership including rollup of monthly and quarterly pipeline review

Manage the onboarding process and training program refresh  for new sales hires

In conjunction with Marketing resources, manage new RFP requests and process by acting as internal project manager for sales team and leverage resources to drive new sales and retention.
