MIT-LGO Grad Co-op Operations

Amgen

Operations is one of three foundational functions at Amgen with a mission to manufacture and deliver safe and effective medicine to patients around the world. The organization is spread across eight sites and divided into five functions: Global Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering. Amgen focuses on corporate and professional growth and innovation where creativity and flexibility are valued.

Amgen’s MIT-LGO Internship Program is pivotal in developing operations leadership of the future. Assignments are based on business needs as well as program participant’s development interests. These assignments are in-depth experiences that allow the Co-op to sharpen skills, understand the different aspects of our operations, and demonstrate abilities to a broad range of managers. Many Operations assignments are based in either Cambridge, MA, Rhode Island area, at our corporate headquarters in Thousand Oaks, California, or Puerto Rico.
