Group Staff Functions > P&C Region EMEA/S & LATAM > People & Culture The P&C department is the global office of Human Resources responsible for employees' relations and careers, payrolls, recruitment, training, contracts and company's culture. It's an international department and manage international teams in every region, providing the best human resources solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Workforce planning, forecasting needs to secure right people at right time for the right job 
  • Driving our yearly development processes in your area of responsibility, to identify, develop and promote our internal talent. Also deploy organizational efficiency reviews to secure lean, collaborative and operational organizations
  • Support the line of business to get high satisfaction and motivation rates in our yearly satisfaction survey, putting in place actions plans to improve the employee's conditions and perceptions about Vestas
  • Compliance with all aspects of the legal framework, counseling heads of departments, assisting on severances, promotions, and other labour relations aspects. Management of direct relations with Work Councils
  • Run the global & local compensation processes about bonus, merit increase
  • Act as a company representative for local labour disputes (individual & collective)
  • Coordinate with other HR functions within the Region as facilitator for all the HR services provided to the employees. In addition, coordination with Global Functional & Regional HR management to deploy in his/her area of responsibility global or regional strategies
  • Accountable for impeccable records in relation to employees' management. 
  • Continuous improvement of the job and activities in line with the Company values

Qualifications

  • A university degree, in laws, business administration or psychology. HR post-graduate would be a great advantage.
  • Proven track record and a minimum of 5 years' experience as HR generalist preferably within an international company 
  • Experience in Industrial Relations with Unions will be strongly considered
  • Upper Intermediate level of English
  • SAP knowledge will be an advantage
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Candidates must be ordered, responsible, flexible and quality oriented. Able to prioritize workload and work to tight deadlines
  • A customer-focused attitude with good communication and teamwork skills
  • High personal drive, results-oriented. Ability to adapt to a change environment
