The Institute of Macroeconomics at the University of Bonn is looking to hire a post-doctoral researcher (pay scale E 13 TV-L, full time).
Earliest starting date: April 1st, 2022. A later starting date can be negotiated. The contract will have a fixed term of up to four years.

We are looking for a highly motivated early-career researcher who wants to develop her/his research agenda in an active and internationally visible research group. The successful applicant will want to work on macroeconomic heterogeneous-agents models of the labor market and/or consumption-saving behavior. The ideal applicant will already have demonstrated the commensurate skills in her/his doctoral studies in economics or a related field. The ability to work with micro data or macroeconomic model with heterogeneity would be an asset. The successful applicant will be affiliated with the ECONtribute cluster of excellence and the Department of Economics. The group has a strong track record as regards the career development of its junior members.
