Your Role: We have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Services Specialist to join the team on a 9month fixed term contract.  As a Commercial Service Specialist, you are the entry point for commercial and regulatory issues from our internal and external customers. You will work in close collaboration with Sales, Supply chain and other functional areas globally to offer best in class Customer Service.  You are responsible for processing all requests for quotations in close collaboration Sales, you are in charge of processing requests for all types of business documents for our customers, such as brochures, product listings, etc.  You will process orders, check the stock availability or shipping status, check the customer prices, prepare and process the returns of the goods for a credit and/or replacement


  • Excellent customer service skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to prioritise and provide accurate data in a fast-paced, multi-tasking and changing environment
  • Good team worker, able to think creatively
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, SFDC, experience with SAP is beneficial
