The Cerner CHIA Operations team is seeking Quality Consultant who has attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines to facilitate and manage Cerner's Internal Complaint Handling (CHIA) process. In this highly collaborative role you will communicate and work with all levels of management, collaborate effectively with cross-functional organizations and solution teams to investigate, manage and drive documentation of formal complaints, assist solution teams with formal communication of an issue to the client base, consult/assist with root cause analysis, preventative actions, and client follow-up, and define and develop agendas for quality-related meetings and participate as necessary.

- At least 1 year of information technology work experience
