NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).
• Verify and assess vendor compliance with project level requirements• Review and assess project documents and plans for quality, completeness, compliance, and effectiveness• Review major deliverables and work products from vendors• Identify and report project issues and risks• Participate in the verification of evidence and artifacts as required in the CMS Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit (MECT)• Attend project and status meetings• Interface with client, vendors, and business users• Research and provide recommendations to the client on critical business decisions• Collaborate with other team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance as applicable• Ensure that all project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed as applicable• Perform periodic assessment activities with focus on requirements traceability and testing• Assess and validate testing methods employed by vendors and the client’s project teams • Assess the coverage and integrity of testing
Employee is expected to undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their Manager.
• Minimum 5 years of experience• SDLC and Project Management knowledge• Experience with project testing and evaluation services• Experience providing evaluation services and project auditing, Human Services or Healthcare IT industry preferred• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with an MMIS, Healthcare or Eligibility system• Experience working on large, complex systems projects

• Experience performing project management for large system implementation, integration or development project• PMP certification• Demonstrated problem-solving and customer service skills• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and manage work to a defined schedule• Experience conducting meetings, interviews and making presentations• Knowledge of CMS Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit (MECT) beneficial• Knowledge of Medicaid Information Technical Architecture (MITA) and MITA State Self-Assessment components and processes• Project quality assurance & assessment experience• Specific experience in evaluating quality assurance /quality control testing and User Acceptance Testing efforts• Team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible “can-do” attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success• Experience with automated test tools• Ability to apply industry best practices and future state/federal mandates to existing systems• Excels at using quantitative data to drive recommendations and decisions
