Responsibilities: Analyzes customer requirements to design and implement a functional solution based upon best practices and in accordance with IT standards. Engage the customers to obtain business requirement Design functional specs that provide solutions to those requirements Collaborate with development, testing and support teams in ensuring that specifications are correctly understood and implemented Review test plans and scripts ensuring that all scenarios are covered Manage projects Engage in user acceptance Provide training and governance Provide subject matter expertise to development, testing, and support teams. Documents details of requests according to IT governance framework, capture or update relevant knowledge and transitions product to support. Requirements: Minimum undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field of study required. SAP certification in solutions and components preferred. Project management certification preferred. Lean Six Sigma yellow belt or higher certification preferred. Minimum 2 years SAP work experience required. Minimum of 2 years of experience with OpenText ECM, xECM, ArchiveServer, ContentServer Minimum 5 years experience supporting and delivering projects through a project life-cycle methodology required. Minimum 5 years analytical and business requirements gathering experience on information technology team required. IS-Oil experience preferred.
