Job Description

As a Senior Payroll Operations Specialist, you will work on our in-house U.S. payroll production within a multi-state, multi-company environment ensuring the on-time and accurate issuance of payroll payments and related reports for bi-weekly and special payrolls. In this role, you will also navigate through more complex payroll scenarios for off-cycle payroll processes. You will be expected to participate in systems design and integration projects with a focus on efficiency, process enhancements, and documenting departmental procedures, systems, and workflows. You will be responsible for helping to navigate associates and managers through change management, monitor and maintain internal procedures and controls, and ensure the integrity of the payroll database and payments through the development of standard and ad hoc edits and reports.

  • At least 1 year of business operations work experience

Preferred Qualifications


  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
