As a Senior Solution & Test Design Analyst you will be responsible for helping test solution outcomes using manual, exploratory and automated test methodologies. A key part of the position will be using automated testing tools such as Selenium to create automated tests. Additionally, you will participate in discussions between development teams, subject matter experts, internal users or client-facing teams to clarify user stories, track issues or resolve problems. Lastly, in this role you will use epics, features, solution vision and market needs to write user stories and requirements into clear, workable solutions and risk control requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 1 year of solution and test design work experience
At least 1 year of health care IT solution strategy or consulting work experience
