As a Solution Strategist, you will develop solutions by identifying potential opportunities, conducting market research, generating solution requirements, pricing and creating integrated go-to-market strategies. You will have the opportunity to craft, communicate and justify solution roadmap across the corporate portfolio. Leveraging your analytical skills, you will analyze solution needs and define scope requirements to ensure it meets market needs, including best practice workflows, scope of capabilities and visual design. Additional responsibilities include: collaborate to set priorities for development efforts based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice-of-the customer feedback, timelines and client commitments; collaborate with marketing and other stakeholders to generate client-facing collateral to drive sales and increase brand equity; and demonstrate current and emerging solution features and functionally for internal and external stakeholders. Through your strong interpersonal skills, you will work with IP and support to respond to client escalations, incidents and outages; and network and research to increase understanding and current competitive landscape, regulatory and accrediting guidelines, health care industry and market opportunity.
