Position Summary: This person will be responsible to lead HR Shared Services in America’s and Europe including Global Payroll for 34 countries. Lead our corporate HR technology including standardized systems, processes and policies within the Talent Management Function. The primary responsibility of the position is to lead and manage teams to support Harman’s HR Systems and Operations including setting HR system strategy, Vendor Management for Harman’s HR Global platform, Global Annual Talent Management and PWC Expat tax provider. Support Harman’s HR Customer base and deliver new technology to drive process effectiveness and process improvements. Supervisory Responsibilities: (4) Direct reports.
