Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional and multi-site teams to define opportunities and bring innovative new products to market. Support all aspect of mechanical and digital product development. Produce and maintain required project documentation. Liaise with Group Development and Engineering resources to improve collaboration with and priority for the Americas’ region needs. Education and Experience: B.S. Degree in a technical, business or marketing discipline, plus a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product management, applications engineering, or business operations preferred. Project management certification, such as PMP, and experience with new product development projects is also preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience effectively managing multiple projects and priorities. Experience in leading project teams and achieving productive results. Proven ability to function effectively in a cross-functional environment. Ability build teams and to motivate and coach others in project matters. General technical knowledge in the design and development of pumps, motors, and control systems equipment. Ability to make timely decisions, deal with ambiguity, and work in a change driven environment. Excellent communication skills with all levels of the company, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. Experience with new product introduction into assigned market.
