• Prospect new opportunities and sales based on the MA Strategy & Business Plan and lead the sales negotiation with the payers.• Lead the sales administration process for all private payers to ensure efficiency in all process steps. 

Market Access: 1. Based on our Market Access Strategic & Business Plan and the main clinical and economic evidences available in our value proposition (VP), propose to Health Secretaries (States and Municipalities) in Brazil the incorporation of SICI + CGM and/or a partnership model through the patient management (Goiânia Model), in order to increase the access of our therapy to patients with diabetes 1 and 2 through the full reimbursement of then;Sales: 2. Be responsible for all sales process involving Diabetes Products to Health Secretaries (States and Municipalities) and purchasing groups related.Business Administration (30%):3. Provide new registration, price list approval, payment term approval, credit limit approval, delivery term and the maintenance of Medtronic’s payers list for Diabetes BU. 4. Provide the FY forecast (sales and units) and its review every quarter; Propose the regular and safety stock to assure that diabetes patients will receive the therapy regularly (through or not lawsuits).5. Be the focal point to the Health Secretaries and Medtronic internal areas in the invoicing process. Must Have: Minimum Requirements• Post-Graduation or MBA is a plus• • 3 years (minimum experience) in CME process• Health Economics experience is strongly recommended. SKILLS REQUIRED • Sales Forecast process knowledge is mandatory• Clinical research process and clinical studies comprehension is essential• Excellent selling, presentation and communication skills in Portuguese, English (optional) and Spanish (optional)• Project management skills are nice to have, but ability to integrate and manage different priorities and activities with no direct authority is essential• Act always with etic & compliance in all business relationship• Flexible and willing to travel ~60% of timeAbout MedtronicTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide.
