Tenure-Track Position (Human Resources), Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Arts
The Department of Business Administration at Brandon University invites applications for a probationary tenure-track position in Human Resources. The preferred qualification for this position is a PhD or equivalent; however, candidates who hold a Master’s degree or equivalent and have substantial experience in Human Resources will also be considered. The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses in Human Resource Management, Compensation, and Training and Development, as well as additional courses in their area of specialization. The successful candidate will demonstrate evidence of success in teaching or potential to develop the same, will have an active research profile, and will be willing to participate collegially in the life of the university. The area of research specialization is open.
