Reporting to the Pan Asia Tools & Equipment Manager and the Spare Parts Manager, you will be responsible for organising and recording returned tools and equipment from current construction projects.

 

 

  • Quality control and functional check of tools 
  • Work between tools and spare parts department
  • Ensure inventory management, included regular stock take and general SAP updates
  • Contribute responsibility and adhere to relevant laws, regulation and corporate obligations in terms of safety, health and environment.
  • Generate required data, and create reports

 

  • Dogman/Rigger ticket (desirable but not essential)
  • Current Australian drivers’ licence (essential)

 

  • Previous experience using Microsoft office (especially Excel) 
  • Knowledge of hand tools, lifting and construction equipment
  • Flexibility in operation and ability to work in a team and as an independent contributor
  • Previous experience working in a trade-based construction environment will be advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to multitask, prioritise and work without losing focus in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
