Position Summary: HARMAN is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented thought leader to lead Global Talent Management, Diversity and Corporate HR for HARMAN. This unique role is responsible for driving the strategic talent agenda and providing HR business partner support for the functional C-Suite executives and their teams. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this individual will have global accountability for talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, learning & development, and diversity & inclusion as well as managing the Corporate HR team. The ideal candidate will have created and implemented talent programs and initiatives globally for companies experiencing high growth or have undergone significant change.
