The tasks involved in HR include the development of selection and performance appraisal instruments, the management of salaries and benefits, and the development of training and career enhancement opportunities. You’ll get to learn about these dimensions through courses such as Principles of Management and Human Resource Management. Additionally, we want you to understand how people interact and the psychology of human behavior so you will experience such courses as Introductory to Psychology and Social Psychology. You will also need to see how individuals function when placed into groups so you will explore Introductory Sociology and Group Facilitation.
