Are you planning to pursue a Master's in Social Work with a goal of providing mental health services to young children and their families? If your goal is to provide high-quality mental health services to infants, toddlers and preschoolers and their families, as well as consultation to early care and education providers, you may be interested in Wheelock College's Graduate Certificate Program in Early Childhood Mental Health. This 4-course program, which is open only to students pursuing an MSW degree at Wheelock, provides the specialized expertise and skills necessary to to deliver effective clinical services to young children and their families. This program also prepares mental health practitioners to provide consultation to form effective and collaborative relationships and provide consultation to parents, teachers, and other adults who play important roles in the lives of young children.
