CSU's Master of Management articulated program provides a dedicated pathway for TAFE graduates and other suitably qualified applicants with supervisory or managerial experience and professional attainments to undertake Masters-level studies. Students are not required to have completed a Bachelor degree, as the course is designed to progressively help you build strong foundation knowledge, operational skills and strategic capabilities in organisational management. The program is offered through the Australian Graduate Management Consortium (AGMC), a unique partnership between TAFE NSW and CSU, to deliver postgraduate studies through your local TAFE. The Master of Management is designed to provide advanced knowledge and skills for professionals who need to make complex business decisions. The course aims to develop operational and strategic capabilities in management which can be practically applied to lead organisations in competitive operating environments. The course is structured to help graduates develop critical thinking, problem solving, ethical decision making and effective communication skills. Students first complete the Graduate Certificate in Management (Professional Practice) and the Graduate Diploma of Management (Professional Practice) - both taught face-to-face through the AGMC at TAFEs in NSW and the ACT - before progressing with full credit and guaranteed entry into the Master of Management (delivered via online distance education by CSU). Each articulation is a stand-alone program and students may exit at the Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma levels, or graduate with three qualifications by the end of their Masters studies.
