Master of Economics in Globalization and European integration

Wonder how trade wars, the rise of China, economic union, Brexit, … are all associated? Is climate change a cause of migration? What kind of policies can we design to mitigate the fallout of the financial crisis?

The Master of Economics in Globalization and European integration is a specialist masters degree designed to provide you with rigorous training in theoretical and applied economics in the fields of international economics, and in particular focuses on Economics of Globalisation, International Trade, European Economic Integration.

EGEI provides a profound insight into the current scientific knowledge in these fields and is supported by scientific research at the partner universities. We work together with international institutions in these areas.

Students build on their undergraduate or postgraduate training by completing compulsory core courses on economic integration and globalisation. Students can also choose from a selection of optional courses that cover a range of topics in international economics. Students also conduct original research to fulfil the dissertation, which might be related to an internship.
