The MAcc (in-person) and WebMAcc (online) allows students to continue their specialized studies in accounting. Many students who earn a MAcc degree seek careers as certified public accountants (CPA).
The curriculum consists of 30 semester hours of coursework that prepares students to take the CPA exam. For required disclosures on whether either program satisfies the license requirements of all states and territories for the CPA license or certificate, visit state boards to check the requirements for your state or territory.
MAcc students celebrate learning practical and theoretical concepts, which they apply on the CPA exam and in the real world.
Georgia Southern accounting alumni consistently hold high recruitment and employment rates in major firms.
