An introduction to techniques for measuring public sector organisations' relative efficiency using Stochastic Frontier Analysis, Data Envelopment Analysis and multi-level modelling. Participants learn to use the software and apply the techniques to data with a focus on the policy implications. The workshop is for researchers, PhD students and analysts in central and local government. Further information and online booking at:
