Andragogy for Impact (AnfI) 2026 is a biennial international conference series dedicated to reimagining adult learning as a catalyst for transformation across individuals, work, and societies. It connects educators, researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders to co-create new models of learning that are ethical, inclusive, and future-ready.
The Teaching & Learning Centre (TLC) at Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) warmly invites proposals for the Andragogy for Impact (AnfI) 2026, to be held from 3 to 5 November 2026 at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, Singapore.
Centred on the theme “Adult Learning: Reimagining, Reinventing, Transforming”, the conference invites educators, researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders to reflect on how adult learning must evolve in response to changing learner identities, workforce demands, and societal transformation.
Guided by the tagline “From tradition to transformation: a new vision for adult learning”, AnfI 2026 seeks to re-envision adult learning from foundational principles to delivery approaches and long-term impact.
We welcome proposals aligned to one of the three conference strands:
- Reimagining the Foundations of Adult Learning
- Reinventing the Delivery of Adult Teaching and Learning
- Transforming the Outputs and Impact of Adult Learning
Submissions may take the form of paper or poster presentations, roundtables, or talking circles. Proposals may draw on research (theoretical, conceptual, or empirical), integrative reviews, research in progress, best practices, or emerging innovations that shape the future of adult learning.

- Pre-conference workshops: 3 November 2026
