Topics may include, though are not limited to:

• Gender norms, reproductive behavior, and health outcomes during crises and war

• Gendered impacts of demographic shocks and policy responses

• Demographic adjustment, migration, and population structure during crises

Preference will be given to papers focusing on Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and post-Soviet countries. Submissions should be sent to the following email summeracademy@ios-regensburg.de and include:

• Extended abstracts (up to 2000 words) or full papers

• Presenter’s CV (up to 3 pages) with the contact information

In case of questions please contact Sinara Gharibyan at gharibyan@ios-regensburg.de email.
