Public selection for n.1 post doctoral fellow position in "Management engineering"

The ideal candidate will conduct cutting-edge research in management engineering and should possess a strong methodological background, along with a demonstrated capacity for high-impact research, particularly at the firm level, that integrates quantitative methods, management principles, and economic theory.
Successful candidates will show significant potential for scholarly excellence and the ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams. The position includes mentoring PhD students and active participation in shaping and advancing the School’s research agenda.
 

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential; knowledge of Italian is not required.
Experience with the development and integration of data analysis with management and economic theory is highly desirable.
